HFD Members are community members who are committed to be there when you need us. HFD is a "paid-on-call" service where members are always on call. They live in, or work in, our community and respond via pager/app notification when needed.  

Working for HFD is not our primary employment - members have committed to serve their community by training, preparing and responding as needed for their community when ever we are needed.
